The Role

This position could be a job share or could also give more hours. It offers a blend of customer interaction and sales acumen, making every day an opportunity to showcase your skills. Your responsibilities will include:

Adapting to flexible shifts within the job-share structure: 7am-12pm, 12pm-4.30pm, or full days from 7am-4.30pm or could be more full time.Excelling in sales: Confidently engage in phone-based sales, adept at converting inquiries from new leads into sales while providing excellent service.Customer relationship management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.Accounts Receivable SkillsAbility to work autonomously and independentlySmooth operation: Efficiently handle bookings, logistics, and driver coordination, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.Key Skills Demonstrated sales prowess, with a focus on lead conversion and relationship cultivation.Superior communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation, managing customer challenges effectively.Independent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.Detail-oriented, especially in using Excel and in house systemsKnowledge of Melbourne suburbs and proficiency with Google Maps for scheduling and routing.Commitment to reliability, crucial in a lean team setup.Why Join the Team?
