Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking a Senior Security Technician to join our HBS QLD team at our client site in Arriga, Queensland. Key Responsibilities: -Take charge of service of the customer site with a focus on maintaining CCTV systems and associated field equipment. -Maintain high level hardware/software and network assets including network switches, routers, time servers, servers, RAID systems, Workstations, EBI, DVM, VMD, Biometrics, Intercoms, Cameras, NVR's, DAR's, DVR's, Access Control & Perimeter Detection Systems -Maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support. -Be available for 24/7 On call roster. Key Experience and Capabilities: -Trade background in Security/ CCTV or equivalent experience -Industry experience with installation, maintenance, fault investigations -High understanding ICT & Network Communication skills. -High understanding of Servers, RAID's and PC's. -Good communication skills both written and verbal. -High standard of work. -Good documentation and record keeping skills. -High focus on all aspects of OHS.
