Looking for a talented and experienced SAP Project Manager with Payroll Upgrade experience!
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can lead our team through a successful SAP Payroll Upgrade/implementation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution, and ensuring that the upgrade is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
To lead an exciting Payroll Upgrade project - upgrade from SAP version 6 to SAP version 8 (this is essentially a new implementation)
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in project management and have extensive experience in SAP Payroll upgrades. You should have a thorough understanding of the SAP Payroll system and be able to effectively manage complex projects from start to finish.
Outlined below are some Key Selection Criteria:
Experience in implementing SAP Payroll systems.Demonstrated end-to-end experience in Project Management.Qualifications in Project Management methodologies, such as Prince 2, PMBok, Agile, Lean, and the ability to apply them flexibly to deliver exceptional organizational outcomes.Demonstrated experience in Project Governance with a particular focus on the issue and risk management.An understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems, including experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Experience leading and managing teams.Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Experience in preparing project artifacts such as project plans, implementation plans, business readiness plans, status reports, and Project Control Group (PCG) documentation.Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.If you are a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
