The Plant Operator - Stabiliser / Technical Assistant is responsible for carrying out operation of a stabiliser on maintenance and construction works on sealed roads, rural roads and town street projects as well as general labouring and operation of other plant and equipment as required. The role also involves assisting with project development, operations, quality assurance and road network data capture activities.

This position is permanent, full-time. The Plant Operator - Roller (Dirranbandi) is responsible for carrying out operation of rollers (padfoot, smooth drum, grid, multi-tyre) on maintenance & construction works on sealed roads, rural roads and town streets projects as well as general labouring and operation of other plant and equipment as required.

This position is permanent, full time and is based in Dirranbandi The Information Technology Coordinator provides technical advice on the development and strategic direction of Council's Information Technology to management and the ICT Committee. They are responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities in association with the computer and peripheral equipment to ensure an uninterrupted experience to the end-user. The position will work closely with the Manager Corporate Services to provide technical expert advice and recommendations best suited for Council.

This position is permanent, full-time. The Town Supervisor - St George is responsible to provide leadership of the town crews, within the town work area. Financial management of costings, budgeting, project estimating are within the duties and responsibility of this position.

The Town Supervisor - Dirranbandi and Hebel is responsible for supervising the operation, maintenance and construction of Council's infrastructure in the townships of Dirranbandi and Hebel, primarily by Council's day labour work force and sub-contractors, under the direction of the Senior Town Supervisor.

The Trainee - Civil Construction is responsible for carrying out labouring works on road and street construction and maintenance projects throughout the Shire while undertaking training through the traineeship.

This traineeship is for a fixed term of twelve months. Training is provided on the job and formal study is organised by a Registered Training Provider. The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day operations and maintenance of the Council's workshop, plant, equipment and vehicles.
