We are committed to delivering Improved Quality, Integrated Solutions, and Optimized Efficiencies leading to breakthrough advances in diagnostic confidence and turnaround time.You will work closely with team members and your contribution will range across gathering and analysing information, developing and documenting improved processes and work instructions and recommending solutions that enable the organisation to achieve the targeted business outcomes.Required Experience & Skills:Five years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track recordExcellent understanding of business processExcellent client management skillsWindows Server 2012, 2016, 2019VMware, Hyper VMicrosoft Exchange / Office 365Range of backup softwareSharePointHosted PBXAll forms of Desktop Support Windows 10 \ MacIn the Role you will be:Developing, configuring and integrating computer systems by analysing, developing the architecture specification diagrams and data modelsPlanning, designing and deploying LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches and IP phonesPerforming network coding or scriptingAnalysing and configuring networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operationTroubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problemsTesting and maintaining the new networks, servers and computers to ensure optimal performanceMaintaining configuring, installation, network management, and software support of Cisco productsMonitoring network traffic and managing day to day technical incident and problem activitiesManaging servers, including database, emails, printer, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software upgradesDeveloping technical documentation related to network configuration, network mapping and service records#J-18808-Ljbffr
