The Opportunity:The National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) is now accepting applications for our 2025 Graduate Program.As a part of NIAA, you'll be contributing to the empowerment of First Nations peoples and influencing change.We lead and influence change across government to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have a say in the decisions that affect them. We're on-the-ground, actively partnering with First Nations communities and all levels of government to co-design policies and deliver programs across Australia.About the Graduate ProgramThe NIAA Graduate program runs for 12 months and consists of three rotations through various work areas across ourthree streams:· Policy and program· Operations and delivery· Enabling servicesGraduates have the option of a rotation in one of our metropolitan, regional or remote locations.Our graduates undertake a diversity of roles in areas such as employment, justice, education, health and wellbeing, housing, business, economics and the environment.
