We are looking for a Store Manager to assist with both the shop front and operational management of our Sydney operations.This is a great opportunity for someone who has Sales, Service and order management/fulfilment experience; and is looking at taking their career to the next level as part of the growing Grill King presence on the eastern sea ROLEThis full-time & flexible role is based between our new Brighton East VIC flagship store (opening September 2023) and current Deer Park VIC showroom/warehouse. Key responsibilities will include:Manage the Grill King Outdoor BBQ Kitchen Brighton East store including management of phone sales, walk-ins, customer interactions, order fulfilment and management of the shopfront/warehouse.Ensure all customers are provided with a high level of service, product knowledge, and after sales supportProduce high standards of store presentationMaintain stock management/Inventory control via the Deer Park distribution centre;Assist with the direction of staff for the management of warehouse operations & logistics in the Deer Park distribution centre;Assist with invoicing, warranties, and all-round customer service.Help with e-commerce platform, social media and branding.Lead & collaborate with internal team to execute sucessful marketing campaigns and promotions.Identify marketing opportunities.Acquire new customers and utilize Shopify, Zendesk, Gmail, Aircall and other operational systems as may be required.Meet marketing and sales financial/KPI objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers & suppliers.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSWe are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team. Ideally you will have experience within preoven BBQ shopfront/store management experience. The ideal candidate will have/be:Sales experience in BBQ related products;Order fulfiment & operational/warehouse experience.Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomyExperience in a similar role (store /operations manager, sales).Strong computer skills to assist with managing stock, inventory, orders, sales, leads and general adminstrative tasks.Strong sales and marketing skills.Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.Self-motivated, task focused and a proactive approach to use you own initiative.Ability to work in a fast paced environment to deadlines.Well presented with great communication skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.A true team player - willing to pitch in outside the scope of their role when required.Must be legally able to work in Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
