POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Analyst- Corporate Finance and Capital Markets is responsible for preparing materials for origination efforts as well as executing live transactions. Key activities include presenting findings of research and analysis, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, assisting with administrative duties (e.g. roadshows, printing reports etc.), as well as preparing documentation relating to various internal processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRA'S): Ensure data integrity and fact checks on all work undertaken Pitch and presentation materials Maintain credentials and databases Support the ECM team and broader team as required Logistical arrangements as required QUALIFICATIONS: Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to devise creative solutions to problems Prior Investment Banking experience, preferably in SE Asia, is a plus Ability to read, write and speak Business Mandarin will be a strong plus CHARACTERISTICS: A diligent person who is eager to learn and assumes responsibilities Motivated self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills High degree of integrity Not the right fit?
