We are recruiting for a Team Leader to work with our amazing group of Therapists. The position is a mixture of clinical work, supervision and support for the team You will be part of the Senior Leadership and ManagementTeam of Pen Plus. Together with the other Team Leaders, we will design, direct, and support the development of Pen Plus. You will have opportunities to run projects, develop programs and run professional development. You'll need. A professional qualification in Occupational therapyand current membership with AHPRA and OTA Drivers license The drive to collaborate with the Pen Plus team to develop innovative services that empower our community to live life to the fullest. Experience in leading teams, supporting development, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. Early intervention experience is advantageous.
