About the role:The Engineering Services Manager (Darwin) is responsible for the delivery of the engineering requirements under the RMP-N Contract and Support Systems Management per the Support System Functional Model.What will you be involved in:Reviewing maintenance work conducted by the maintenance team of RMP Identifying potential engineering issues with ship design Responsible for planning and preparation for the delivery of engineering services including: - Management and program supporting services - Configuration management - Engineering data - Technical investigations - Class - Design - Change/Deviations - Analysis - AIC and Regional Development - Reporting on continual improvement services - Authorised Engineering Organisation Application ENG-500 What we would like from you:Existing Baseline security clearance (minimum requirement) Tertiary qualified Engineer / Naval Architect with at least 10 years' experience in a Defence maritime environment Thorough understanding of Defence Technical Library, RPEQ certification and professional engineering requirements in an RAN context Experienced in complex maintenance management systems Experienced in Defence statutory compliance High level of analytical and reporting skills Excellent written, data analysis and presentation skills High level of stakeholder management skills Life at Nova:In addition to salary, you are supported with:Flexible ways of working and dress for your day Commitment to Professional and Personal Development Reward & Recognition Program offering exclusive discounts from hundreds of major retailers, helping you to save on groceries, petrol, holidays and more!
