About Your New Role Reporting to a highly supportive and innovative CTO, this role has been created to provide the design solutions and expertise to integrate the Salesforce CRM to multiple mid-tier ERP systems across the group. The successful applicant will be positioned as the subject expert for Salesforce and will be instrumental in providing a scalable solution for the IT landscape for the organisation as it continues to grow, both organically and through acquisition. Some of the key tasks aligned to this role: •Engage with business leaders, technical teams and external vendors to understand business requirements to support your architectural design. •Assess existing ERP & CRM systems to identify opportunities for enhancements or replacement. •Partner with development teams to design integrations or enhancements with a focus on data integrity and system functionality. •Act as the Salesforce subject expert, where you provide guidance on configuration, customisation and system capabilities for Salesforce. •Utilise your software development expertise to guide the team in the development of custom applications and integrations, with a focus on best practice process and high quality, maintainable code. About You! •You will bring proven experience in solutions architecture and design within Salesforce, including an understanding Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Community cloud. •As a Salesforce specialist, your expertise includes configuring, customisation and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce API's. •You have software development experience in your background, including proficiency in programming languages (Java, C#, Python or similar). •Will have experience designing integrations between systems utilising technologies such as RESTful API's, SOAP or Middleware Platforms. •Can demonstrate an understanding of ERP's systems including and how they integrate with the Salesforce CRM. •Interpersonally, you are an analytical thinker and a strong communicator, who has the ability to lead technical teams to deliver outcomes. You are able to bring clarity and confidence to your stakeholders and can adjust your communication style to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
