Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are being met- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests- Provide knowledgeable guidance and support to clients on insurance products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues- Assist in the development and implementation of customer relationship management strategies- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, and take necessary actions to improve client relations- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong leadership and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus
