CenterPoint Energy is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively- Provide product information and guidance to customers- Process customer orders and payments accurately- Document all customer interactions in the company database- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Resilient in handling challenging customer interactions- Strong decision-making skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
