Sydney Airport Holdings is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to clients- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the company's client base- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions to clients
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Strong strategic planning and innovation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
