Lam Research is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Responsibilities:1. Assist in managing client relationships through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.2. Provide support to the Client Relations Manager in creating and maintaining client accounts and databases.3. Assist with scheduling client meetings and appointments.4. Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of client relations activities.6. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients.8. Complete administrative tasks as needed to support the client relations team.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role is preferred.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions.4. Excellent presentation skills.5. Ability to cooperate and work effectively in a team environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.7. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.8. Must be located in Sydney, New South Wales, AU.
