Description Blue Mountains City Council - You will participate as a member of the Operational Finance team to enable the provision of quality, timely and effective financial information. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operational Accountant and the Accounts Payable team in processing and provision of financial information. No formal qualifications are required; however, the undertaking of suitable tertiary studies would be highly regarded. Experience in accounting functions, procedures and practices, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to understand financial information. Good computer skills including spreadsheets, word and accounting software, and a positive and courteous approach to customer service. Remuneration: base salary commencing at $71,691 gross per annum + 11% superannuation + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary + annual award increase For further information contact: Sue Crowe on .
