The Role As a Junior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Provide appropriate superior customer service & support to all inbound & internal enquiries with a will do can do attitude. Must have a complete understanding of all requirements for your allocated portfolio to maintain and build strong relationships with all Customers and internal departments. Ensure all email requests are directed to the relevant departments. Will be responsible for follow ups to ensure that the request has been actioned and or resolved. Process orders accurately and efficiently, Credit application assessment, and file all purchase orders & supporting documentation. Enter data into SAP. Desired Skills and Experience Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Skills to deal with complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner SAP experience not required but ideal.
