About The Opportunity We're seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Kinetic IT Sales team. The team plays a pivotal role in driving growth and development for Kinetic IT on a national scale.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing operational and administrative support services to the sales team throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle, including ensuring that inbound lead mechanisms are appropriately monitored and managed, coordinating communications and that accurate visibility of sales activity is provided to all stakeholders. The role is essential in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process at Kinetic IT IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN: Providing support to implement and optimise the sales methodologies and processes. Coordinating sales activities and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. Communicating, collaborating, and liaising with the Sales Enablement, regional sales representatives, businesses units and stakeholders. Executing defined measurement of performance against KPIs and growth metrics. Providing a focal point for CRM end users and manage access and reporting from CRM. KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING: Experience in providing administrative and/or support functions in a technology focused environment. Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and trends Experience in CRM software and proficiency in working with reporting platforms. Exceptional organisational skills with a knack for prioritization. Effective communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
