3-year program of work Work on a New ERP implementation Global project We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director with experience around Plan to Inventory systems/ Business Transformation and Program Delivery to drive Initiatives through all phases of Cochlear's transformation Delivery Lifecycle.

The Delivery Director will utilise Agile and Waterfall techniques & methodologies appropriate to Cochlear's way of working to balance speed to market, high quality outputs whilst using fit for purpose solutions to drive first class customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:

Work closely with business and IT delivery teams to plan and execute end to end delivery of assigned delivery streams Manage complex system, people and processes interdependencies and risks across multiple initiatives and squads Coach and empower cross functional delivery teams to embed Cochlear delivery framework Drive continuous improvement across your delivery streams and teams Ensuring resource capacity and capability is aligned to prioritised demand Manage budget, vendor and planning (incl. vendor management as required) for assigned initiative/s within the Program

Key Requirements:

Minimum:

8+ years' experience in software delivery lifecycle 10+ years' experience in Delivery and Program Management Experience with Plan to Inventory systems and processes Program and Delivery Management experience in Agile and Waterfall Environments Experience in Plan to inventory System definition, configuration and purpose Experience in planning and delivery of complex technology initiatives with dependencies across multiple delivery streams Ability to manage risks across multiple Initiatives and delivery teams Vendor management experience Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization and across functional disciplines. Transformation experience in one of the following end to end business processes Forecast to Plan, Plan to Inventory, Offer to Cash, Record to Report Relevant industry certifications in Project and Program Management (eg Agile PM, Scrum Master, SAFe, Prince2) Experience as a people manager or leader Ideal:

Supported Functional Operate Model changes as part of an ERP transition Experience in a regulated environment to meet compliance Agile coaching experience Experience facilitating large workshops and governance events For more information please contact Ralph on
