In this role, your daily duties will change depending on requirements and feedback from customers' day-to-day operations. Nonetheless, your commitment to delivering exceptional service and crafting top-tier code remains essential.
Your manager will collaborate closely with you to develop a personalised growth plan, with regular 1on1s, constructive feedback sessions, and goal-setting exercises to make sure there is a clear path to see your future with them. About You You are an excellent communicator and are not afraid to speak up to share your ideas.
You'll have demonstrated experience in the below: 1-2 years of experience as a .NET developer would be ideal, however not essential. A portfolio that you can showcase of personal projects (outside of university projects). Knowledge about SDLC and test/deployment automation. Have a clear understanding what SOLID principles are with a familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling. For this role you must have PR or Citizenship to be considered.
