Your new role
Tired of that builder life? Being bashed around, the stress, long hours, early site visits, getting home late?
Working on behalf of a range of predominately private clients, you will be involved in managing a number of different construction projects. From concept through to delivery you will be involved in managing the whole process. Managing a range of stakeholders, your role will be to make sure all are complying to the clients requirements; the Architects, builders all engineering disciplines.
What you'll need to succeed
Construction related degree 7-15 years experience
Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 builder as a CA/PM/PE
Project experience similar; $30m+ apartments, commercial, hotels, schools, health, residential apartments etc (not civil or small residential homes)
Victorian experience so you understand the local market
Exposure to project management
