Reed Developments are looking for an experienced Projector Manager and administrator for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 40 hours per week based in Sydney Metro, NSW.
The Project manager and Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
- interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
- coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials,
plant and equipment
- consulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other
professionals, and Technical and Trades Workers
- negotiating with building owners, property developers and subcontractors
involved in the
- construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within
budget preparing tenders and contract bids
- operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites
- ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance,
quality, cost and safety
- arranging submission of plans to local authorities
- building under contract, or subcontracting specialised building services
- overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work
- arranging building inspections by local authorities -
qualifications/work experience:
Licence No: 319886C ABN. ********
Reed Developments
- Cert 1V Building and construction management Diploma (CPC40110)
- Advanced diploma in Leadership and managment (BSB61015)
- Must have a car
- Must have 5 years onsite experiance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $52,794.59 - $91,688.00 per year
