Virtual Assistant

Job Description:Newmont Mining is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level Virtual Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our team, helping to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.

Responsibilities:- Managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments- Conducting research and compiling data for reports- Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes- Handling travel arrangements and expense reports- Assisting with project management tasks- Providing general administrative support as needed

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a similar role- Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong research and persuasion skills- Excellent communication and organizational abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
