Job Description:

SafetyCulture is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This role requires someone with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of contact center agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the contact center operations- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness- Work closely with other departments to address customer feedback and implement solutions- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that agents are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Contact Center Manager or similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and team management abilities- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Hardworking and confident personality traits- Strong creativity and strategic planning skills- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
