Client Relations Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

Norfolk Southern is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Understanding clients' needs and providing solutions and recommendations as necessary- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client requests are met in a timely manner- Implementing strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention- Keeping detailed records of client interactions and updating client profiles as needed- Proactively seeking feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:- Energetic personality with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence- Creativity in problem-solving and thinking outside the box- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Experience working in a customer-facing role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
