CH2M Hill is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Remote Chat Support Assistant in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no required years of experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers and clients in a professional and efficient manner- Assist with resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction- Utilize strategic planning to prioritize and manage workload effectively- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:- Motivated individual with a positive attitude- Energetic personality with strong communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong planning and strategic planning skills- Proficient in using chat support platforms and software- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies
