World Fuel Services is looking for a motivated and adaptable Client Relations Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and acquisition- Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction, and sales performance- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and innovation abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
