Job Description:

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries and requests, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person- Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed- Assist with scheduling appointments, reservations, and other client requests- Handle payments and invoices in accordance with company policies- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell services and products to clients- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role- Motivated and dedicated individual with strong attention to detail- Excellent people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve under pressure- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
