Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Arthur J. Gallagher is currently seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to collaborate on solving customer issues- Meet and exceed key performance indicators and targets set by the company

Requirements:- Independent and resilient personality traits to handle the challenges of remote customer service work- Strong innovation and research skills to stay informed of industry trends and best practices- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
