Sonic Automotive is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients through various online platforms.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information2. Assisting clients with account setup and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter3. Managing online client databases and ensuring information is up-to-date4. Collaborating with other team members to improve the online client experience5. Monitoring client feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints6. Developing and implementing strategies to improve online client engagement7. Providing support for online sales and promotions.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field2. Strong decision-making skills3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work well under pressure5. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other online platforms.
