Client Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

PVH, a leading fashion company, is seeking a Client Support Associate to work from home in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time Associate level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have a knack for presentation.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat- Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and issues, escalating as needed- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions- Communicate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns- Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall client experience

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
