Overview:A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Brisbane, Queensland, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing top-notch support, and driving revenue growth through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth and client acquisition- Monitor client feedback and incorporate suggestions for improvement into company processes- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and engagement- Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on client support activities- Conduct training sessions and webinars for clients as needed- Stay current on industry trends and developments to be able to advise clients effectively

Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic- Strong negotiation and planning skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
