As a Consultant in our Integrated Legal Solutions (ILS) team, you will: Work with Managers and Senior Consultants in leading the supervision and delivery of ILS servicesProvide legalinformation/technicalsolutions consistent with nationally agreed standardsAssist in the development and delivery of national lawyer learning and development programs for ILS solutions to build the capability of the team and drive high performanceWork with Managers and Senior Consultants to scope, plan, cost, schedule and assess commercial, legal and technical risks for all workCoordinate team resources, manage stakeholder expectations and consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and to desired qualityContribute ideas to new ILS strategic initiatives, workflow and technical solutions that are commercial and meet lawyer/client business needsBuild networks and trusted advisor relationships, share knowledge and act as a role model, coach and mentorThis is a permanent, full time opportunity.Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we workhoweverflexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you. About you You will have: A strong background in information management, information technology, project management and/or lawExperience in legal technology, in litigation eDiscovery or corporate due diligence is highly desirableA degree or equivalent experience in legal information management, information technology, computer science or lawExperience using Nuix, Relativity, Reveal and similar systems would be beneficialAdvanced skills in data analysis and manipulation is highly desirableExcellent communication and consulting skills and experience in communicating technical issues and outcomes to a non-technical audienceAn ability to work as part of a team and with people at varying levelsBroad based knowledge in legal systems/processes including litigation and due diligence with a working knowledge of relevant Court rules and practice directionsA willingness to establish a professional profile and network and build effective working relationshipsA willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing knowledge and experiencesYour development In joining Allens, you will receive unparalleled learning and development opportunities.
