About the role: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a Business Development Manager, responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with industrial end users across NSW, primarily in Sydney. Experience: A demonstrated track record of nurturing and growing business relationships Experience in value-based selling 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience Strong technical aptitude, particularly in selling complex products Exceptional time management skills and ability to effectively manage territory and customer spending A motivated, goal-oriented mindset Eligibility to live, drive, and work in Australia Responsibilities: Expanding the All-Pumps brand and product portfolio into emerging markets, with a focus on both new and existing customers Delivering outstanding customer experiences aligned with our brand values Based in Sydney, with occasional travel to other parts of the state as required Participation in weekly sales meetings to collaborate with the team and address challenges collectively Providing accurate sales forecasts by product and customer Successfully implementing the objectives and targets outlined in the annual sales and marketing plan Engaging with engineers to ensure the most reliable solutions for various applications Conducting all dealings with the utmost integrity Maintaining sales-related tasks and activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive) Understanding and promptly addressing customer needs Regularly meeting with key accounts to strengthen relationships (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Embracing continuous learning in the rapidly evolving field Engineering qualifications are not required for success in this role.
