Technical Training Coordinator

About the role: As the Technical Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of Agricultural distributed products and Service Technician development. Main Accountabilities include but are not limited to: • Work with Brandt's Agricultural distributed products corporate product group to assess the development needs of Brandt's agricultural service technicians. • In collaboration with others, identify sources for, and as required help develop, suitable instructional and evaluation materials for Brandt's agricultural service technicians. • Produce and implement development training programs including coordination of delivery. • Monitor, report on, and drive achievement of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) training metrics (e.g. John Deere Educate credits, certifications, etc.). • Ensure employee development activities are aligned with continuous improvement in the areas of quality, LEAN, health and safety, and organizational performance by recording, monitoring, reporting and integrating feedback and data. • Actively contribute to and collaborate on the development and implementation of the company's overall technician development paths, plans and schedules. Any additional work requested/required to meet the needs of the organisation. About you: • A heavy-duty certificate is a strong asset as is prior experience in training and instructional delivery. • Possesses a solid foundation of knowledge related to the Agricultural technician skilled trades. • Strong project management skills with ability to self-direct and organise work, set priorities and achieve work related objectives and goals. • Excellent communicator that can effectively and professionally collaborate with all stakeholders. • Flexibility to support and respond to the training needs of Brandt's operating locations and their personnel. • Demonstrates professionalism and recognises the importance of their role as leader in displaying professional behaviour and service excellence. • Able to be self-directed and organise work, set priorities and achieve work related objectives and goals.
