About the Role: In this role, the primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support to Coronado Australia's Technical Development Team and Manager of Environment and Compliance. The overarching objective is to ensure that the company's environmental policies and governance framework are not only robust but also fit for purpose with all relevant legislative requirements. Responsibilities: Collaborate with experts to secure environmental approvals from regulatory authorities. Coordinate and audit compliance to meet legal and internal requirements. Ensure tenement compliance and report status to stakeholders. Support progressive rehabilitation and closure planning. Engage stakeholders in sustainability initiatives and reporting. Support climate change and decarbonisation strategies. Enhance knowledge and use technology for efficiency. Lead by setting expectations and providing feedback. Foster positive relationships and encourage innovation. Requirements:  Bachelor of Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or related discipline. Experience working in a similar capacity within an environment discipline. Understanding of mining or resources industry and a strong background in environmental management and sustainability. Proven knowledge of, and experience with, relevant State & Federal Government environmental and planning legislation and environmental approvals.
