About Us Here at JOLT, we're on a mission toAccelerate the shift to zero-emissions mobility . Electric Vehicles (EVs) will play a pivotal role in supporting a future based on renewable energy. That's why we are building a large-scale network of 100% renewable powered, free, EV charging stations to make charging more convenient, fast and affordable. About the role We are on the hunt for an experienced and innovativebusiness development manager to acquire new commercial locations for our EV chargers. You will drive partnerships and site acquisitions for JOLT's electric vehicle charging network, increase our partnership base, and will be accountable to site acquisition and profit targets. You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market, product and customer insights into tactical commercial strategies. SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIESSecure new sites for JOLT public EV charging investment. Strong level of commercial acumen to ensure all sites are correctly on-boarded. Maintain high level of reporting, with lead pipelines and data capture integration with companies specified programs. Ensure internal communication with key stakeholders is maintained through weekly WIP's and planning. Represent JOLT in front of landowners displaying professionalism and a friendly attitude. About you5+ years experience in business development, site acquisition, commercial property development You possess a solid understanding of business strategy and origination processes Experience forecasting and managing budgets or financial metrics frameworks Experience negotiating enterprise sales and site access agreements The ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability Strong planning and cross-functional project management skills to deliver results The ability to multi-task, prioritize and anticipate the needs of internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment What's in it for you?!Competitive commission structure per site acquired Join a team of enthusiastic and extremely clever people who are driven to move the needle and have a positive and profound impact on the future of electric vehicles.
