Thepany is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, Philippines, and Bahamas. The Marketing/Design team is responsible growing brand awareness, running effective performance marketing activity, and delivering automated CRM programmes to improve client retention. The team also works collaboratively with the Sales, Partners and IT teams to continually deliver improvements in client and partner experience and to also provide team members with a great knowledge base of thepany and the broader financial services industry. Purpose of this position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and creating visually appealing designs across various mediums. From digital assets to print materials, you will play a key role in bringing our brand and projects to life. Key responsibilities • Conceptualise and create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to advertisements, website graphics, social media content, packaging, and promotional materials. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that effectively municate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. • Take ownership of projects from conception topletion, ensuring that all design deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on time. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative design techniques to elevate our brand identity. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Requirements of the role • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must. • Familiarity with Figma and Wordpress is preferred, but not mandatory. • Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A passion for creativity and a strong desire to push the boundaries of design excellence Selection criteria • Minimum of 6 years experience in a design based role. • Aplished design/creative skills across various platforms and mediums • The ability to visualise and organise impactful creative campaigns • Figma, Wordpress is desired • An interest in trading, FX or general finance, desired We have a range of employee benefits including ongoing investment in your career development, wellness and lifestyle perks like monthly corporate massages, parental leave, staff referral bonus program, employee-purchased leave, Perkbox reward and recognition, study assistance and much more....
