Working in our Melbourne office you will be providing permanent and contract recruitment services to an array of the most prestigious organisations within the Banking sector. To be successful in this role: Ideally you will have 2 years+ experience as a Recruitment Consultant working in an Agency environment and most importantly the desire to work in a highly successful team. A mature and consultative approach is essential. You will need to demonstrate a hunger and drive to succeed, have a track record of success and be able to communicate at all levels.
