The Role: Overseeing Administrative Operations ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks within the organisation, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Ensure that the office environment is well-maintained and equipped, handling maintenance, supplies ordering, and vendor management. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, and managing employee records. Assisting with budget management, tracking expenses, and liaising with finance departments to ensure that expenditures are in line with company policies. Implementing Policies and Procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a productive and harmonious work environment. Your Profile: Previous experience in office management. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to drive change and implement process improvements. Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to contribute to the success of the organisation.
