In this role you'll be responsible for effectively managing and growing clients' Surety and/or Builder's Warranty programs, both for existing and new clients. The Role Manage clients' Surety, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services Develop and maintain productive relationships with the Regulator insurers, clients and other key stakeholders  Work with our offshore Operations team to ensure the preparation/processing of surety bonds and tax invoices  Maintain comprehensive client data on WTW systems, facilities and databases Facilitate annual review of warranty and surety bond programs for WTW clients, promoting the best interest of the client Manage the administration, including policy documents and credit function Maximise the revenue generated from the existing client base through continual analysis of Client profitability Optimise revenue through effective debtor management, premium funding management and the utilisation of facilities Actively seek and secure new business opportunities, including cross selling of broader WTW service offerings Adhere to all compliance and business processes as set out by the Regulator  Maintain a detailed audit and review program of internal and external stakeholder output Keep abreast of continuing regulatory changes and developments in surety and builder's warranty Mentor less experienced Brokers within the team, continually supporting their development Provide input to the practice/team strategy, business plans and objectives The Requirements Proven understanding of insurance principles The ability to provide contextual comparisons and advice to clients Detailed understanding of more complex product features, benefits, exclusions, warranties and premium statutory charges and their application to various situations The ability to tailor product offerings to client needs and demands Demonstrated understanding of more complex legal principles and issues affecting clients and the contract of insurance The ability to tailor insurance advice according to the clients' legal position in relation to the insurance contract An understanding of the concept of risk and exposure and how each aspect of risk affects the underwriting profile Demonstrated understanding and application of underwriting for Surety bonds Detailed understanding of the Builder's Warranty underwriting guidelines, frameworks and Regulations in each State Proven understanding of the surety product and markets as they operate in Australia Demonstrated understanding of the principles of risk management requirements for and of the client Experience working in the financial services industry, specifically underwriting or portfolio management Proven experience in financial analysis, ratio analysis, trend analysis, interpretation of financial statements, reporting  Advanced report writing skills and the ability to interpret and present data Qualifications in accordance with the Financial Services Reform Act Why Join WTW WTW provides a competitive benefits package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Annual bonus Company paid salary continuance insurance Life and TPD insurance  Hybrid working Networks (Gender, Wellbeing, Pride) Career Growth - internal opportunities and development programs At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful.
