Melville,NY - USAPosition RequirementsEssential duties and responsibilities:Complete and accurately submit provider payor enrollment applications, spreadsheets, and lettersResearch & keep current on payer, hospital & office-based guidelines as needed to ensure processes are accurate. Review workflows to identify accuracy, efficiency, and best practicesFollow up with providers and payors to ensure timely enrollment and participationReview and follow up on weekly snapshot billing reportsAccurate data entry of all provider information into the Credentialing DatabaseHandling incoming requests from physicians, payors, and other agenciesObtain confirmations, save to Cactus, and notify billingComplete online provider CAQH re-attestationsServe as a resource to internal departments, providers, and outside agenciesResponsible for weekly/monthly reporting, administrative duties, and department projects as assigned.Travel between NAPA sites for training and collaboration and other clinical work locations to meet with providers to obtain signatures on required documentsOther responsibilities as assigned?Qualification/Requirement:Positive and professional attitudeAbility to work with all levels of associates from entry level to upper-level managementExperience working in an office setting, preferably in the health care industryStrong follow up, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently or in a group settingAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast passed environmentMust be a self-starter and a team player who enjoys providing the highest level of customer service.
