And you will find a career home where you're valued and supported in your growth journey. Enterprise offers career opportunities in our with an .Job Description SummaryThe Credit and Compliance Monitor, is responsible for tracking credit delivery, coordinating initial tenant file reviews and monitoring compliance of a portfolio of pre-stabilized properties. In addition, this person is a compliance resource to internal and external customers.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Closely monitor lease-up and credit delivery of a portfolio of properties. This includes reviewing Unit Tracking Sheets for new construction and occupied rehabilitation properties.Work closely with internal and external partners to answer lease-up and compliance questions for new dealsLead and coordinate initial tenant file reviews for each property in portfolio which at times includes coordinating conference calls with compliance consultant(s), General Partner's, and Management CompaniesCalculate preliminary, equity adjusters from construction through stabilization.Participate in monthly conference calls with key staff to discuss properties with compliance/credit delivery risksAssist in coordinating annual compliance trainingsLimited travel to attend compliance trainings (up to 2 overnight trips per year)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, required.Knowledge of Low-income housing tax credits, preferred.HCCP or other compliance certification, preferredKnowledge of Salesforce is helpfulStrong written and communication skillsExcellent customer service skills requiredAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of attention to detailComputer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ProgramsAbility to work well in a team environment.
