We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) . As an RTE, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of software releases. Requirements Previous experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar role in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in managing and coordinating software release cycles. Proven ability to identify and resolve conflicts, as well as mitigate risks and dependencies. Proficient in using Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. Certification in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
