Responsibilities Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members. Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution. Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records. Support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs), following established procedures and security measures. Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalatingplex issues to supervisors as necessary. Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effectivemunication and problem-solving. Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the night shift, ensuringpleteness and accuracy. Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system. Requirements 2+ years of full-time working experience in a related role. Well-organised with high accuracy levels, and attention to detail. Skillful with MS Office (especially Excel) and XERO applications. High proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Work well in a team, and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks. Excellentmunication skills and strong organizational and time management skills. Familiar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus.
