Requirements We have an opportunity available for an Operational Risk Consultant - Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our Team.  Mush have skills and experience: Operational risk experience, CPS 230, CPS 231, CPS 232, vendor risk management, Business Continuity Planning, Critical operations.   Experience in developing and implementing operational risk management programs. Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation controls. Experience in monitoring and reviewing operational risk management programs. Experience in reporting on operational risks to senior management. Experience in conducting control assurance programs. Experience working with mid and senior-client stakeholders. In addition to the above must-have skills, candidates having the below skills and experience will be preferred: Experience managing Line (line of defence or LOD) 2 and Line 3 audits in the financial services industry. Experience managing or conducting reviews or controls testing of organisational BCP (business continuity planning) processes in the financial services industry. Experience managing or conducting technology review or control testing in the financial services industry Good program management skills.
