Now Hiring | Global Luxury PR Agency | SydneyThe Brand | As the Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for managing an independent portfolio of clients and promoting them to their target audiences.You are an influencer of public opinion, you grow brands and help drive sales through a range of PR tools such as news items, press releases, case studies, partnerships, KOL activity, experiential activity and social media activity.You will be the key to shaping your client's reputation and profile and will manage their press coverage whilst delivering the TCA unique value add of 'above and beyond' thinking to drive innovative brand amplification ideas to your clients on a regular basis.The Role |Building client relationships, nurturing and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists and industry spokespeopleProviding commentators and product or company information to the media (newspapers, magazines, radio, television and online news sites)Building relationships with key media contactsLiaising with clients regarding press campaigns, creative projects and PR solutionsDeveloping industry, sector and product focused PR campaigns based on client briefingsSpearheading both traditional PR, experiential, KOL and social media projects according to agency requirements AND your personal tastes and developmental interestsDeveloping innovative news angles, stories and pitches to further the client's profile, products and services from an always on point of view without promptingManaging the day to day PR tasks of a portfolio of clients and liaising with the Director on strategic initiatives Providing strategic counsel to clients to aid their PR and wider marketing campaigns Being involved in pitching for new business and developing PR proposals The Skillset | Qualification in PR/ Communications / Media or other relevant fieldDemonstrates the ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) confidently, clearly, succinctly and correctly, in an engaging, expressive, well-structured and logical manner, tailoring the information to meet the needs and understanding of the intended audienceEstablishes positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building wide and effective networks of contacts with the ability to influence at all levelsHigh levels of communication - both presentation, verbal and written skillsImpressive emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertiseA passion for the media, including social mediaThe Talent Mill Recruitment division is a bespoke recruitment consultancy and talent acquisition specialist within the fashion, lifestyle, and retail industries.
