The Role |In this confidential search - we are looking to connect with senior profiles for a newly created Country Manager role based in Sydney. This role will have overall responsibility for executing the global brand strategy into the local market. With full profit and loss accountability, alongside of driving revenue channels across retail, ecomm and wholesale, team leadership, as well as being responsible for the legal entity and its administration in Australia.Accountable for achieving the financial targets and objectives alongside of comprehensive reporting monthly and forecasting alongside of detailed action plans People performance and team leadership - with a focus on developing the team into a high performing and engaged workforce Create and execute sales and marketing strategies including ownership of the marketing calendar to deliver revenue goals and increase brand awareness Evaluate and enhance retail CRM - with a focus on developing an exceptional customer experience that achieves productivity goals and strengthens brand loyalty Accountable for local people and finance processes including management of external parties ie payrollThe Skillset |A minimum 5 years' experience leading multichannel sales operations, ideally within Fashion, Sporting goods or FMCG as a senior level Head of Sales etc with experience across omni-channel businesses Extensive wholesale experienceFull P&L responsibility and proven results of developing brands, sales, and organizationsUnderstanding of the fashion business within a premium space ideally Strong business management experienceProven experience of driving change and ways of working in organizationsMarketing experience A natural leader with a demonstrable track record in leading and developing teamsAble to deal with complexity; operate in a lean team structure with strong influencing skillsAnalytical, ability to take quick decisions based on data and other insightsOpen-minded, culturally sensitive and international in natureStrong sense of accountabilityGenuine interest in fashion and design brandsThe Offer |There is a generous remuneration package on offer in line with the relevant skillset and experience level. You must be flexible to travel as required and to attend meetings virtually where reasonably practical with both Regional Offices in Asia and Europe. Some meetings outside of traditional hours will be required.
