Purpose As theSales & Events Manager , you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across all segments for Wonil , whilst also orchestrating exceptional events that leave a lasting impression. Building strong client relationships will be at the core of your responsibilities, through business development practices and proactive sales initiatives, all whilst promoting the Wonil brand through creative marketing approaches.

Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, event planners, and organisers to secure bookings and encourage repeat business Prospecting for new business opportunities within all market segments through market research Creation of local account footprint Provide revenue and room night data and do regular quarterly reviews with main account contacts Creating tailored event proposals and finalising contracts with clients, including terms, pricing, and event details Negotiate RFP, group & events terms and conditions Collaborating with event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution Review and analyse client feedback and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance future relationships & events Conduct site inspections and client entertainment both on and off property Attend Trade shows and networking events About our Ideal Sales Manager candidate: To thrive in this role you will have a hunger for results, have strong negotiating and influencing skills, be innovative and a bundle of energy with a positive mind-set. You will possess a thirst for multi-tasking, working independently or in collaboration, to meet tight deadlines whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills and Experience Previous sales or business development experience within the hospitality/ tourism industry will be highly regarded Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with guests, owners and staff Ability to build, maintain and seek new opportunities and partnerships within the local market An infectious passion for delivering a memorable guest experience and creating loyalty of guests Creativity is key for designing unique event experiences and finding innovative solutions to challenges that may arise Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management Impeccable communication, negotiation and influencing skills You foster a can - do approach with attention to detail and exceptional time management skills Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required ALL Heartist Membership -Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
