Based in Sydney Mid sized multi sector agency Salary to 100K + super + great comms Opportunity to progress to Team Manager Mature and Professional environment Warm desk - Full 360° recruitment opportunity DESK: C&I sales desk We are a well established medium sized sector specialist looking to expand our existing team due to increasing demand from our client base. We are seeking a Senior Consultant, or potentially a Principal, to join our existing Sales team based in our thriving Sydney CBD office. We are all about quality and relationship building coupled with excellent delivery. Subsequently, we are continuously taking market share from our competitors and are struggling to keep up with the workload. We are now looking for a senior recruiter who can take a lead role within our Sales team. There is the ppotential to move into a team Lead role within 12-18 months.  To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have: 5 years+ agency recruitment experience Strong sector knowledge within agency Sales recruitment (2-3 years min) Team leading experience would be an advantage but is not essential A proven track record of billing in excess of 500k AUD pa On top of your excellent remuneration you will receive an excellent commission plan, including a team override when promoted, with an array of extra incentives like weekends away, extra days leave, cash incentives etc, as well as the usual package of WFH, extra days leave, early Friday finish and up to date tech.
